Billing & Insurance

We work with all major insurance carriers and are happy to bill them for your care. Sometimes our patients do not fully understand what “preferred provider” means. It does not mean we charge above-market rates for our care. It simply means we are unwilling to agree to fixed, below-market reimbursement.

Although we may not be a preferred provider for your insurance carrier, we are happy to provide you with an estimate for your dental care. For routine care, we can often provide a very specific and accurate quote. If you have questions, please call us! We have many patients covered by Delta Dental and other common carriers who appreciate our great care and appropriate billing.

Dr. William Vainer is excited to join the Ukiah community after practicing in Santa Cruz. He graduated with a degree in Biology from University of California at Santa Cruz and a DDS from the University of California at Los Angeles.  He enjoys surfing, hiking, skiing and biking on the weekends.
